Every month I profile a member of our local community who is doing great things – something we can Bragg about!

Congratulations to all who have been nominated so far this year. It is great to recognise the great work that many are doing in our community!

January - Joylene Fraser for her service as an independent carer protecting the koalas in Hazelwood Park.

February - Andrew Bills for being awarded the City of Burnside 2024 Citizen of the Year.

March - Izzi Batt-Doyle, alongside Riley Cocks, for setting up Run As One and The RunHôuse empowering the community to build long-term fitness and health.

April - The Glenunga Cricket Club's Under 16 White for their dominant 2023-2024 season.

May - Bob Cooper for his service in the Rotary Club of Burnside Leadership in Conservation and Volunteer of the Parks Award night.

June - Dulcie Boag for winning the Joy Nobel Medal as the Volunteer of the Year at the 2024 South Australian Volunteer Awards.
